CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: August 27, 2026

At Well Seasoned Chef, we want you to feel comfortable joining us around the kitchen table — and that includes knowing exactly what happens if you ever need to cancel your membership or if something goes wrong with one of your mailings.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to Letters from Saigon to Texas, Well Seasoned Chef memberships, and other purchases or services where this Policy is referenced.

If you ever have a question about your membership, a payment, or something we’ve mailed to you, please contact us. We would much rather have the opportunity to help than leave you wondering what to do.

1 — CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your recurring Well Seasoned Chef membership at any time.

Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges after the cancellation becomes effective.

You may cancel using the cancellation method provided through your account or website, when available, or by contacting us at:

support@WellSeasoned-Chef.com

We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests promptly.

2 — LETTERS AND MATERIALS ALREADY IN PRODUCTION

Letters from Saigon to Texas is different from a purely digital membership because each month’s experience includes physical materials that may be prepared before they reach your mailbox.

Letters, recipe cards, keepsakes, bookmarks, labels, photographs, printed materials, envelopes, postage, and other items may be printed, assembled, packaged, addressed, or placed into the postal system in advance.

For that reason, canceling your membership may not stop a mailing that has already entered production or has already been transferred to the United States Postal Service or another carrier.

If a mailing associated with a payment already processed has entered production, you may still receive that mailing even though your membership has been canceled for future months.

3 — RECURRING PAYMENTS

When you join a recurring monthly membership, your payment method will be charged according to the billing terms disclosed when you join.

Your recurring charges continue until you cancel your membership.

Canceling prevents future charges after the cancellation becomes effective. It does not automatically reverse charges that were properly processed before cancellation.

If you believe you were charged after your cancellation should have become effective, please contact us so we can review the situation.

4 — REFUNDS

Because Letters from Saigon to Texas includes physical materials that may be specially prepared, printed, assembled, packaged, or mailed for a particular mailing cycle, payments are generally nonrefundable once preparation or fulfillment for that mailing has begun.

However, we understand that unusual circumstances happen.

If you believe there has been an error with your payment or membership, please contact us at support@WellSeasoned-Chef.com. We will review the circumstances and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

5 — DAMAGED MAILINGS

We put care into preparing our mailed materials, but once an envelope enters the postal system, things can occasionally happen along the way.

If your Well Seasoned Chef mailing arrives materially damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to provide your name, mailing address, a description of the problem, and, when helpful, a photograph showing the damage.

Depending upon the circumstances and availability of the materials, we may replace the affected item or mailing, provide another appropriate remedy, or work with you individually to resolve the problem.

6 — LOST OR MISSING MAILINGS

Postal delivery times can vary, and occasional delays are outside our direct control.

If you believe your mailing has been lost, please allow a reasonable amount of time for postal delivery before contacting us.

If it still has not arrived, contact us at support@WellSeasoned-Chef.com and we will review the mailing information with you.

Depending upon the circumstances and availability of replacement materials, we may send a replacement or provide another appropriate resolution.

We cannot guarantee replacement of limited, one-of-a-kind, discontinued, or unavailable materials, but we will make a reasonable effort to help.

7 — INCORRECT OR OUTDATED MAILING ADDRESSES

Members are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address and for updating that address when it changes.

If a mailing is lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered because an incorrect or outdated address was provided, we cannot guarantee a free replacement.

If the mailing is returned to us and can reasonably be resent, we may contact you to confirm your address. Additional postage or handling charges may apply when reshipping is necessary because of an incorrect or outdated address.

Please update your mailing address as soon as possible when you move.

8 — RETURNED MAIL

If a mailing is returned to Well Seasoned Chef as undeliverable, we may contact you before sending additional physical mailings.

We may temporarily pause future mailings until we can confirm a valid mailing address.

A returned mailing does not automatically cancel a recurring membership.

If you no longer wish to continue your membership, please cancel using the available cancellation method or contact us.

9 — DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES

If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged because of an error, please contact us promptly.

We will review our available transaction records and, when an error by Well Seasoned Chef or one of our payment systems is confirmed, take reasonable steps to correct it.

10 — DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may attempt the payment again or contact you for updated billing information.

Member access or future physical mailings may be temporarily paused until the account is brought current.

We are not responsible for fees imposed independently by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

11 — FOUNDING READER OR OTHER SPECIAL RATES

If your membership includes a Founding Reader, introductory, promotional, grandfathered, or other special continuous-membership rate, that rate remains subject to the terms under which it was offered.

If you cancel the membership and later decide to return, your previous special rate may no longer be available.

You would ordinarily rejoin at the membership rate then being offered unless Well Seasoned Chef expressly agrees otherwise.

12 — FUTURE PRODUCTS OR KEEPSAKES

Well Seasoned Chef may offer additional products, keepsakes, printed materials, or other items in the future.

When a future product requires different return, refund, exchange, or cancellation terms, those terms may be stated on the applicable product or purchase page.

Any product-specific policy disclosed at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

13 — PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is a problem with a Well Seasoned Chef charge, we encourage you to contact us first at support@WellSeasoned-Chef.com.

Many billing questions can be resolved quickly once we understand what happened.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising rights available to you through your financial institution or under applicable law.

14 — CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy as our services develop or legal and operational requirements change.

The current version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.

Changes will not eliminate rights concerning a transaction where applicable law does not permit those rights to be changed retroactively.
